The Author:

Michelle Mbeo is a Kenyan American author who enjoys experiencing different global cultures. She especially loves seeing the agility of little children’s minds when exposed to language, culture, music and art. Born in Nairobi Kenya, she is trilingual and speaks English, Kiswahili and Luo fluently. Living in the United States she is exposed to Spanish and speaks it conversationally. She realized that her nieces and nephews born in the USA needed a way to learn their culture and appreciate global diversity. This is the same case for many children all over the world. She purposed to come up with a fun way to learn languages for all children born into and growing up in today’s cosmopolitan world. “We’re All Children of the World” is a series that will take children through language and cultural basics with the aim of helping them all learn to love and appreciate the richness and beauty that their diversity brings to others
